You will lose a VERY small amount of fat, but nothing special. Do some cardio, running, bicycling, jump roping and stuff like that. Replace your unhealthy foods with healthy and you will see your fat percentage reduce rapidly.
yes.. dont depend too much to lose your belly fat just doing this exercise.. at least run 2 @ 3 km, playing games such as futsal every day then combine with this exercise and change your lifestyle.. for sure it will works !!
my workout is jog on the spot fast knee’s high on the spot, press ups, a healthy diet and i made my own move up that really make me flexible and i feel the burn aroun my thighs and stomach wich i think is working well with me im relaly happy with it!!!!!!

yes, crunches alone won’t give you washboard abs. you should use cardio and exercises that target your abs. crunches can be included in those exercises, but they shouldn’t be limited to crunches.

Crunches are probably the best ab exercise, and through crunches and cardio + having a healthy diet will give you quite nice abs. However, you won’t get those deep valleys and really rocky-looking abs with no weight.
Get yourself a dumbbell plate and start doing heavy exercises, that will give you those.
i started at 227, and used insanity, after the first month i lost 20 pounds, then i started p90x, so in the morning insanity, then in eveaning p90x, and it is a hard work out but now i am happy, i almost have a body like ryan renolds, its been 8 months and i weigh 190 firm and lean, but sexy too, cardio and a strenght workout will give you the best results, diet too.
